Morning - Eat a complete break1st b4 went 2 work (bread/potridge/mee + fresh juice)

Noon - Bring instant noodles/soup/biscuit 2 office as lunch

Afternoon - Drinks coffee,tea & eat fruit

Evening - Cook urself at home (Rice + soup + vege + meat & egg)

Big Grin Save cost & keep-fit too!

    You're right bring/pack you lunch and eat breakfast and dinner at home...it will save you a ton

    Yeah! If dining outside w/ my colleague sure wil cost much bcoz they normally wil select sth delicious & xpensive food... which normally cost RM15 per meal, instead of RM5 (*o*) hahaha
